    Train each employee's self-inspection and mutual inspection awareness; allocate special inspection personnel to strictly control the quality of each link.

    1. Self-Inspection Awareness
    The secret of production quality control is to let everyone complete his products. Employees are required to inspect the products they produced. Only products that are inspected by the producer himself to be qualified can be transferred to the next process or workshop. For the unqualified product during self-inspection, the employees should make a mark and put those unqualified in other place.
    2. Mutual Inspection Awareness
    For the products transferred from the previous process or workshop, employees must also inspect. Only when the products are inspected to be qualified can they start processing. If the product from the previous process or workshop is inspected to have quality problems, employees should timely feed back. Resolutely carry out the principle of not producing defective products, not accepting defective products, and not passing defective products.
    3. Special Inspection Awareness
    After self-inspection and mutual inspection, special inspection comes into play. Employees carry out self-inspection and mutual inspection while working, so the dedicated inspectors should have a stronger sense of quality control.
    Three steps of inspections
    1. First Inspection Control
    Before starting production, IQC department will check the samples from each kind raw material before the material go to production line. After the material is brought from warehouse to product line. 
    The inspection personnel and employees should carefully inspect the raw materials to be put into production. The equipment to be used should also be checked to see if its performance is good. Afterwards, produce three products and check if the products are qualified. If qualified, start mass production. Otherwise, find the reasons. Only after the reasons are found and the produced products are qualified can the mass production begin.
    2. In-Process Inspection Control
    During production, the management personnel and quality inspection personnel should carry out spot checks on products. They should pay great attention to the weak links in the production, such as green hand employees, key equipment, key posts, etc.
    3. Final Inspection Control
    Great attention should be paid to the quality control in the final stage, for employees are often impatient at this time.
